Splash

I started this work as an abstract. Something I usually find hard to do. But this one turned out quite nice. The thing about abstract is that I always seem to lose focus within the image. With this one it seemed to go well.

Why practice abstract work? with abstract work, it's harder to say when something is finished. And it is an excellent way to bring order to an image. Bringing order into my life is a subject I am constantly bust with. Aren't we all? Plus it helps me give form to emotions I can't really grab on to in pictures or words.
